Some information comes directly from you, some is created when you use CubeNation, and some comes from service providers involved in a purchase or sign-in.

We may also infer shopping preferences from products you view, search for, add to a cart, purchase, review or save. If you use a referral or rewards feature, we record the activity needed to operate it.

We do not use payment credentials for unrelated purposes and we do not sell personal information. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing, although we may still keep information required for completed orders, legal obligations, disputes or security.

PostHog records page views and leaves, clicks and other interactions, searches, cart and checkout activity, purchases, surveys, feature use, errors, performance data and technical identifiers. It can receive account, cart, order-value, loyalty, notification and approximate IP-based location properties.

Session replay reconstructs a visual representation of a visit from page structure and interaction events. Our current setup can also capture console output, network timing and, where enabled, selected network request or response headers and bodies. PostHog applies automatic redaction rules for common credentials and sensitive field names, but those rules cannot identify every sensitive value.

Please do not enter passwords, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information into free-text fields. Online payment credentials are entered through the payment provider's flow rather than being intentionally collected for analytics.

You can clear or block browser storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, carts, checkout and preference features from working correctly.

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for a provider to perform its role. Current categories include:

Some providers process information outside Bangladesh. PostHog is configured to use its European service region. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect customers or CubeNation, investigate fraud, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections.

Reviews, product questions and answers, and details you choose to publish on a cuber profile may be visible to anyone. Depending on your settings, a profile can include your handle, name, biography, district, social links, WCA details, collection, wishlist and profile-view activity.

Use the available privacy controls before adding information you do not want public. Search engines or other people may retain copies of content that was public before you removed it.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, order records, warranties, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal requirements. Retention varies by data type and provider. Recorded profile-view entries expire after 90 days; browser storage remains until it expires, is replaced or you clear it.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, service monitoring and other administrative and technical safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Subject to applicable law and necessary identity checks, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold information about you and provide access to it.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete account information.
• Delete information that we no longer need to retain.
• Restrict or object to certain processing and withdraw consent for future use.
• Explain significant automated decisions and request appropriate human review.
• Provide a portable copy where applicable and reasonably available.

You can edit many account and profile details directly, adjust public-profile and notification settings, unsubscribe using a marketing email's link, or block browser storage through your browser. Service and order messages may still be necessary while you have an account or active order.

CubeNation is a general-audience store and does not knowingly target profiling or marketing at children. If you are under 18, use CubeNation with a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should provide any consent required for a child's information.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate, restrict the account and remove information where required.
